There's also CREDO Mobile that uses the Sprint network. It is a progressive
phone company and a donation (from percentage of their customers’ charges)
is made to progressive nonprofit groups on a monthly basis - members get to
vote on what causes to give to. It doesn't have the same coverage as
Verizon, but I haven't had much problem with it and their customer service
is good. It also feels good to know that I'm supporting something that
gives back.
