[Summit] Garbage at R-line

Hi Aaron,

I think one of the issues right off the bat is that the cans are way too 
small (so they fill up fast). They look like the size of a kitchen 
wastebasket. I thought they'd go with those big park dept. kinda cans that 
look like oil tanks. Also, does anybody else notice that the "R" on  the 
shelter makes for obstructed view? You can't see the bus and the bus can't 
see you. The "R" should be on the opposite panel.
