[Summit] Avoid Ninth Street!!! -Cracked Transmission

I understand that we all have horror stories regarding the horrendous road conditions in the neighborhood. I also understand that the DPW doesn't control the weather but.... Ninth Street between Summit and North Main is getting to the point where its almost unpassable. Last week I hit a pothole that is adjacent to a manhole cover that cracked the transmission pan of my car and spewing  transmission fluid everywhere. With 40 minutes...it was completely drained and I'm out $481 dollars. I contacted the Mayors office and was informed that this NarraBay's problem to fix. Let the passing of the buck begin.
