I asked Kevin Jackson to explain to me why he voted to lower the tax
rate on landlords, including the vote to override Taveras' veto: /The
council voted 10-4 to support to override the veto, with Council
President Michael Solomon, Majority Leader Seth Yurdin, Ways and Means
Committee Chairman David Salvatore and Councilman Sam Zurier siding with
Taveras.

/His response went something like this: &((*#%) (S UIO&{)
%#=B)#%J"OVY()%+$@]si

I find it impossible to support someone who can't or won't use plain
English to explain his positions.
