Lots of folks already knew he had lost touch with the community.  With
politicians the4 next step is almost always profiteering.  I know I was not

"informed electorate" is essentially an oxymoron. Even the people who put
any time and effort into research (a tiny fraction of overall voters) are
usually woefully un/misinformed on a wide variety of topics.
