[Summit] the peeps in our 'hood

Hmm, sharing photos of these people sounds a bit creepy to me; they're not
sexual deviants after all.

There are two gentlemen I know of who routinely walk Hope, though I don't
think I've seen this other dark-haired individual around Summit, who sounds
more aggressive.

One of the gentlemen who walks Hope street and some of the surrounding
streets--usually a loop down Methyl and around, back up 8th street--is
harmless. He lives just up from Methyl, where our school bus stop used to
be. From what I observed, his mom & dad bring him groceries once a week.
He's shorter, heavier, dark-haired, wears glasses, and a light blue
windbreaker.

The other gentleman walks along Hope street, and can often be seen
muttering and gesticulating to himself. He has short-cropped brown hair,
and is quite stocky. Sometimes he has a large, brown beard. I think it's
maybe he who lives near the YMCA? While he does sometimes erupt in angry
outbursts, these are usually to himself; I've only once observed him
showing aggression toward someone else (that was a little scary, but
probably a misunderstanding on our part).
