[Summit] Jackson will continue to serve

Whether you are an elected or appointed public official, you (should) 
understand that even the appearance of impropriety is unacceptable and 
is a reason for recusal or in this case resignation.

I appreciate the guy's right to defend himself, but in the meantime he 
isn't going to have my confidence and that means he can't represent me.  
I resent that and especially following our former representative Mr. 
Fox.  These guys have stolen my voice.
