[Summit] recommendations

Hi all,

I am looking for two recommendations:

1) Someone to install ductless/mini-split AC units

2) A plumber who would be good for replacing a large amount of very old, 
very convoluted plumbing (in other words, someone who will not look at a 
rats' nest of pipes and say that it is impossible). It would help, of 
course, if they actually respond to phone messages.
