Confirmed by Dan McGowan at WPRI, who added via Twitter: “To be CLEAR, the committee voted to recommend to deny. That means it goes to the full council for a vote to deny. But if the vote to deny fails in the full council, that would not mean the zoning change passes.”

Thanks to all who advocated and turned out tonight! The committee listened to neighborhoods and respected the process tonight. And thanks to Councilor LaFortune who gave a strong opposition testimony.
