[Summit] Lost dog?

Hello neighbors,

This morning as I drove down 10th street I saw a medium sized yellow dog,
possibly a lab mix, poking around in the construction in front on 84/84
10th street.  I didn't see an owner so I stopped and the dog whined but
wouldn't come to me.  He or she ran around the house up the driveway,
stopped again to look at me and whine, and then ran into the back yard.  I
followed, and the dog was in the middle of the yard, whining and looking at
me.  Then he/she hopped behind the fence that was falling down, and ran off
to the right, in between the neighbors chain link fence and the garage of
the house behind.  I drove around the block a few times but didn't see the
dog anywhere.  He/she was wearing a collar, I think a light blue one with a
pattern, but I couldn't get close enough to see details.

Does anyone know this dog?
