[Summit] tuxedo cat visitor

Hi, Neighbors.

A  friendly black-and-white cat with a collar comes for visits to the end
of the cul-de-sac on Chace Drive, off Chace Avenue.

I assume it's a male since my two female cats are cautiously interested.
He/She must live nearby, maybe on Chace Avenue?
