[Summit] Fwd: Urgent: Immediate threat to East Side property taxes and home values

In my opinion the single biggest issue for the council is the pension
deficit, both short and long term. This tax change, if true and realized,
could be attempt to address that issue.
If I recall correctly, Nirva Lafortune serves on the finance committee and
could perhaps provide some details.
