[Summit] plastic everywhere

Everyone, please check out the Guardian's investigative series on 
plastics in the US.  It is  shocking even if you are already concerned.

And on a positive note, the Urban Greens Food Coop is finally  opening 
on June 27.  I'm hoping this option will allow shopping without much 
packaging.
