[Summit] question about Clearview Eleictric

Hi,  I have a feeling this question has been asked before on the list serve but I don't recall the results.
Is Clearview Energy a bonafide green electric company?
If os are its rates at least comparable with National Grid rates?
I had someone come to my door encouraging me to switch from Nat Grid to Clearview but need more info .
Any info would be gratefully appreciated.  Elizabeth ( Grossman)  130 8th st
