[Summit] Needed this winter: Snow shoveler for pay

Our regular snow shoveler has retired, and is now going to spend his
winters in Florida, so we need a reliable new person to do this work for
us.

Due to space constraints, almost all of the work will need to be done by
hand, using an actual snow shovel and working with some care so as not to
damage bordering plants.  (A snow blower will not be able to fit in most of
the places in our yard that need shoveling.)  We did this work ourselves
until about ten years ago, but we are in the mid-to-high 70s now, and it
would be unwise for us to attempt it now.

We do need a person who can do careful work and follow directions, and we
need someone who can be there for every snowfall.  We are glad to pay
appropriately for this level of careful and precise work.
