[Summit] no more plastic bags as of October 22

Or even better, buy a compost container (there are many on Amazon.com), keep it on your kitchen counter, put all vegetable and plant matter into it (but no weeds), and when full (ish) dump it in a compost bin at Fox Point Community Gardens in from intersection of Power and Gano Streets. There are two bins, one near the north gate and one near the southern most gate. Containers can be dumped from outside the fence.

No more putting perfectly biodegradable stuff in a plastic bag in the landfill! And fewer needs for plastic bags!
