[Summit] Watch out for pests

With restaurants doing less than normal volumes, pests will seek
alternative food sources.

This about securing your stockpiles of bird seed, pet food and other
goodies.

We observed one of these pests in the form of a rat yesterday at the corner
of Sarah and 6th. Seeing this pest in the daylight was not a good sign.
