[Summit] Lippitt Park

It is worth noting that the streets and parks that have been re-opened were
chosen by the city according to an area’s density and yard space. From that
equitable distribution mindset, I suppose I understand why Lippitt is
remaining closed.

Here’s a graphic of the location considerations for the new “slow streets”
published by the Dept of Planning and Development.
