[Summit] Anyone here in FRIENDS of ROCHAMBEAU LIB ?? re: sidewalk

Hi,
I am hoping someone here knows how to contact library or city of providence
or...
or can organize a few volunteers ASAP.
to shovel sidewalk in front of Rochambeau Library.
(I can't help- have hand wound/problem at moment)

I just put books in book drop and
the Library's sidewalk is an ankle deep, wet, lumpy mess
which will be multiple times as hard to clear, when it freezes in a few
hours.

They were closed today so no one was there to stay on top of it, I guess.

Just trying to be neighborly.
