We are asking if you have access to video/ring camera etc please check specifically from roughly an hour or two before Saturdays incident until maybe an hour afterwards. A big focus is along Waterman Ave from Thayer to Wayland Square. If you have any questions contact me directly (401) 419-4183
 
We have established the Public  Safety Communications number 401-272-3121, as the number for members of the public to call with tips or information regarding the Brown University shooting incident.  Communications Operators have been asked to gather information and then email tip information to me at bdyer at providenceri.gov, and further to notify the TIPS Command Post which has been established in the Commisoners Office.  We have numerous  Detectives and other law enforcement officers/agents manning phones in the command post at this time.
