[Summit] Yard waste pick up?

City Councilor Jill Davidson's email newsletter says: "Yard waste pickup
will start for the season during the week of April 20, so if you’ve already
started your spring cleanup, please wait until then to place your yard waste on
the curb for pickup on Mondays. Leave yard waste at the curb in brown bags
or a container marked “yard waste.” Branches must be shorter than 4 feet
and bundled."
