[Summit] Dog messages in trash cans

Judi, that's rude of the dog walkers! (I am one. I would never dream
of putting a waste bag anywhere but in our own trash.)
I noticed a few people have marked their large trash bins "NO DOG
WASTE" with permanent paint or marker. Perhaps spelling it out would
help with your problem.
I always feel I have to apologize for lazy dog owners! So sorry this
happens. The only silver lining is that at least these folks are
picking up the dog waste and not leaving it to get smushed and
tracked around on the sidewalks.
