[Summit] Dog messages in trash cans

    This happens to me all the time. I go out to put the trash cans back 
into the yard and there's something dropped inside that I didn't put there: 
dog waste, half empty drins containers. And yes, it does smell. I've had to 
wash out my cans almost every week in the summer months. Ignorant b****rds 
think 'Oh, here's a convenient trash can!" Any SOB that does that in front 
of me will get an earful.
